When our website guides you to check your bill, it directs you to FESCO's official external portal (bill.pitc.com.pk). Any information you enter on that portal is governed solely by FESCO's own privacy policy. We never act as an intermediary for billing data.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 12 months to allow us to follow up on queries and maintain a record of correspondence. After this period, personal data from form submissions is securely deleted. Anonymised analytics data may be retained for longer periods for trend analysis. Server access logs, which may incidentally contain IP addresses, are typically retained for up to 30 days before automatic deletion.
